Rule Awareness and Emphasis

The A League, Rec League & Women’s League will be playing this season as it has in previous seasons with CARHA rules.
The standard of officiating that must be practiced is to include calling of penalties as laid out in the CARHA rulebook. The above leagues as well as the Old-timers League will play with a safety focus similar to CARHA.
